Reinterpreting objects, rituals, and tools.
The chair draws from preHispanic symbolism and utilitarian wisdom. Its lateral spheres reinterpret ancient stone beads and gliphs, while the woven body echoes palm tools and handmade techniques, like the decorative tassels once left at the ends of everyday weaving.
A seat that carries history forward.
Every element speaks: the steel supports, the palm fibers, the suspended texture. Instead of nostalgia, the chair proposes continuity, bringing indigenous techniques into current design while remaining honest in form, tactile in presence, and durable in structure.
Next projects.
